We want every homeowner who reaches Strokestrip Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first move is to bring it up with the plumber directly and keep a written record.
We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Please understand that Strokestrip Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Finally, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
